ABOUT THE STONE
Rhodochrosite is a manganese carbonate mineral almost exclusively found in Argentina. It is known for its vibrant rose-red to pink color and distinct banding. It has a Mohs hardness of 3.5–4, perfect cleavage, and a vitreous-to-pearly luster. Primarily associated with heart-centered emotional healing, self-love, and compassion, it is popular in jewelry and crystal healing.
