ABOUT THE STONE
Ammonites (subclass Ammonoidea) were marine invertebrate mollusks related to modern squid, octopuses, cuttlefish, and nautiluses. They lived from roughly 400 to 420 million years ago and went extinct about 66 million years ago during the same mass extinction event that wiped out non-avian dinosaurs.
METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Ammonite fossils—ancient shelled marine cephalopods—are valued in metaphysical and crystal practices for their sacred spiral geometry, Earth grounding, and transformation energies.
