ABOUT THE STONE
Honey Calcite or Honeycomb Calcite is a rare, amber colored semi-precious stone with a unique matrix that allows it to polish to a high gloss, unlike other calcite. It is native to the Uinta Mountains and has been the official Utah state stone since March 2021.
